What does it cost?

Membership is $47 a month. The tools are separate and paid by you: a Grok Bot plan for Carl, Instantly (sending plan plus Done-For-You inboxes and domains), DealMachine (data credits) and ZeroBounce (verification credits). About $100 a week total to run, depending on the software you choose and how many domains and inboxes you use.

Do I need cold email experience?

No. Carl walks you through setup one tool at a time in plain words, checks what you already have, and only asks you for the parts only you can do. The optional teaching section covers the why if you want it.

What do I still do myself?

You sign up for and pay for each tool, create the API keys (entered in a secure masked field), buy your Instantly Done-For-You inboxes and domains, approve launches and changes, and call and talk to the interested sellers. Carl does not reply to sellers for you.

How long until emails go out?

New inboxes warm up for 2 to 3 weeks before sending (3 is better), and warmup stays on during campaigns. Then you start slow at low daily volume and ramp up gently. Nothing launches until you say yes.

Is cold emailing homeowners legal?

Yes, cold email to property owners is legal in the US when you follow the CAN-SPAM Act: identify yourself accurately, use honest subject lines, include your physical mailing address, and give a working way to opt out that you honor promptly.
